LexisNexis Group continues European expansion
Dutch online information provider FactLANE acquired

LexisNexis Group, the global legal and business information division of Reed Elsevier Group plc, announced today it will acquire FactLANE, an online news service for the Netherlands, from leading Dutch publisher PCM Uitgevers.

Elsevier Science has announced plans to expand its European presence through the proposed acquisition of Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck’s German STM business.
