At the Reed International P.L.C. Annual General Meeting held on 9 April, shareholders approved a proposal to change the company’s name to Reed Elsevier PLC. At the Elsevier NV Annual General Meeting held yesterday, shareholders approved a proposal to change the company’s name to Reed Elsevier NV. These changes reflect the adoption of a harmonised corporate identity for the two companies.
