Issue of Equity


The Company announces that at a board meeting held on 22 September 
2009 it issued and allotted 50,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in 
the Company to an individual following the exercise of options under 
the Company's 'A' Executive Share Option Scheme. 
 

Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to 
trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 28 September 2009.
