"In accordance with and for the purposes of Art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/03 “consolidation law on the protection of privacy”, we would like to inform you that, according to Art. 4, Clause 1, Letter a) of the above Legislative Decree,“handling of personal data” means “any operation or set of operations carried out by electronic means or otherwise, covering the following activities: collecting, recording, organising, storing, using for reference, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, linking, blocking, communicating, circulating, deleting and destroying of data, even when such data are not stored in a database”.
The data controllers responsible for handling your personal data are the company Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. (the "Company") with registered office in Milano, Via Filippo Turati, 27 and Investis S.r.l., with registered office in Corso Buenos Aires 18, 20124 Milano ("Investis").
The individuals responsible for your personal data are Roberto Gollin (roberto.gollin@campari.com) for the “Company” and Ms Simona Ortelli (simona.ortelli@investis.com) for "Investis".
We wish to emphasise that any data you provide will be used in order to register you and to add you to our mailing list and will be handled in accordance with the law and using IT, electronic or other automated means.
Alerts will be generated in the form of brief e-mails/SMS whenever the IR section of the website is updated.
The handling of your data will comply with the following principles: fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
Furthermore, the data collected in our database will be recorded in such a way as to allow access only by authorised individuals and will be treated in such a way as to comply with the principles referred to above.
Your data may also be passed on, in accordance with and for the purposes of Art. 24, Legislative Decree 196/03, to the subsidiaries and associate companies of the Company in order to carry out routine company activities.
The data provided will be used in order to guarantee the ongoing supply of services and to monitor the performance of our system, as well as the development and implementation of new services relevant to Investis’ activities.
In accordance with and for the purposes of Articles 42 and 43, Legislative Decree 196/03, your data may be transmitted abroad by Investis within the European Union.
In all cases, data handling will be carried out in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality.
You are not required to provide us with any data, but your refusal to do so may make it impossible for Investis S.r.l. to maintain a proper customer relationship with you.
The data forwarded to the data controllers, to the persons responsible within those organisations and, if required, to the individual data handlers, will not be disclosed to other individuals unless your consent has been expressly obtained.
The data provided will be communicated to third parties solely for the purpose of performing accounting tasks in compliance with tax legislation, or in response to requests from the courts.

- The individual has the right to receive confirmation of the existence of personal data of which he/she is the subject, even if such data have not yet been recorded, and to have such data communicated to him/her in an intelligible form.
- The individual has the right to be told:
- the origin of the personal data;
- the purpose for which they are being processed and the procedure used;
- the approach used for electronic processing;
- how to identify the data controller and the person responsible in accordance with Article 5, Clause 2;
- which individuals or groups of individuals the personal data may be communicated to, or, as an appointed agent of the person responsible or of the data handler in the country, may have access to the data.
- The data subject is entitled to:
- have his/her data updated, amended, and, if it is of interest to him/her, to have the data supplemented;
- have the data deleted, rendered anonymous or blocked when the data have been processed in breach of the law, including data the holding of which is not required in relation to the purpose for which the data were collected and subsequently processed;
- obtain a statement that any action under a) or b) and the contents thereof have been made known to anyone to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except when complying with this duty is impossible or requires disproportionate effort.
- The individual has the right to:
- oppose, fully or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data of which he/she is the subject, even when such data are relevant to the collection purpose;
- oppose, fully or in part, the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or for direct sales or carrying out market research or commercial communications.
When exercising these rights, you may appoint in writing an individual or organisation to act on your behalf.
