Among the initiatives aimed at securing disclosure to the management operations and transparent communication to the investors and the financial market, Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. has outlined a corporate governance system which adopts the provisions of the "Code of Conduct of listed companies" drawn up by the Committee for the corporate governance of listed companies and issued by the Italian Stock Exchange and is inspired by national and international best practice.
