Company statement
Milan, February 6th 2003 – In relation to recent press news, Campari Group confirms to have expressed an interest for the purchase of the Italian, Czech and Austrian activities of Stock in the frame of the sale of the alcoholic beverages division of the German group Eckes.
Since no agreement has been reached with the sellers on the valuation of the business, the negotiation was ended.
