Milan, 26 May 2005 - We hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Davide
Campari-Milano S.p.A. called to approve half-year results as of 30 June 2005 will be held on
27 September 2005 instead of 8 September 2005.
The new date has been scheduled in compliance with the relevant timeframe as provided for by
Consob with reference to the half-year reports prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS.
