Geoff Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, aged 54, joined the Group in November 2004. Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees. He is currently Chief Executive of Travis Perkins plc, and is a Former Director of Gateway (now Somerfield plc) and has also been Finance Director and then Deputy Chief Executive of Alliance Unichem plc.

Marion Sears, Non-Executive Director, aged 45, joined the group in July 2004. Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit and Nominations Committees. She is non-executive director of Zetar plc, and is a member of PricewaterhouseCooper’s Corporate Finance Advisory Board.

Will Adderley, Chief Executive Officer, aged 36, joined the business in 1992. He has worked in and is familiar with all major areas of the business and took over the running of the Group from his father in 1996.

David Stead, Finance Director, aged 50, joined the Group in 2003. Previously he spent 14 years at Boots where he was Finance Director of Boots The Chemists and Finance Director of Boots Healthcare International, Boots’ global healthcare brand business.

Simon, aged 42, joined the Board in June 2007. He is a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. Simon is an Executive Director of Fuller Smith and Turner P.L.C. where he is responsible for the Fuller’s Inns division.
