You should contact either your broker or the company’s registrars, Equiniti Limited. You can access information regarding your shareholding by registering a portfolio at www.shareview.co.uk.
- What happens if I lose my share certificate?

The Registrars keep a record of your name, address and the number of shares you own. If your certificates are lost, stolen or destroyed, the registrars can arrange for the issue of replacement certificates. Simply contact the Registrar as soon as you can, quoting your shareholder reference number (SRN) if possible. You will need to request a letter of indemnity. You will need to pay an administration fee and a countersignature fee (which will be dependent on the value of the lost share certificate) in order to receive a replacement certificate.

The Directors intend to adopt a progressive dividend policy, which will reflect the long term earnings and cash flow potential of the Group, while targeting a level of annual dividend cover of 2.5 to 3.0 times, based on underlying earnings.
In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, it is envisaged that interim dividends will be paid in April and final dividends in November of each year.
