Posting of Letter to EAG Shareholders
Further to EAG's announcement on 22 August 2008 the Company announces that a
letter setting out, inter alia, the reasons why the Independent Directors of EAG
are recommending EAG Shareholders to accept the increased cash offer, of 130
pence per EAG share, from EAG, Inc., a company formed at the direction of
Odyssey Investment Partners Fund III, LP, was despatched to shareholders on 22
August 2008. A copy of the circular will shortly be available on the Company's
