Eurocastle to Announce Fourth Quarter and 2006 Year End Earnings on 7 March 2007

Guernsey. 26 February 2007 – Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) today announces that it will release its preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on Wednesday, 7 March 2007 before the market opens. In addition, management will host an earnings conference call 3:00 P.M. London time (10:00 A.M. New York time) on Wednesday, 7 March 2007. All interested parties are welcome to participate on the live call.
