Guernsey. 14 May 2009 – Eurocastle Investment Limited (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: EUI1 and Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) announces the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 15 June 2009, at the Company’s registered office at 12:00 noon (1:00 p.m. CET). Notices and proxy statements have been mailed out to all shareholders on record as of 7 May 2009.
