Hardide's issued capital comprises 146,742,236 shares of ordinary shares of par 
value 1p each. All of these shares carry voting rights. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or change to their interest in, Hardide plc under the FSA's
