The Company has today been notified by Ellis Stockbrokers Limited of the 
following purchases of ordinary 1p shares. 
 
 
R & H Trust, following a purchase of 5,950,00 shares on 12 February 2007, is now 
interested in a total of 10,580,680 ordinary shares representing approximately 
7.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
R Boyce & Associates, following a purchase of 20,114,725 shares on 12 February 
2007, is now interested in a total of 25,877,225 ordinary shares representing 
approximately 17.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
The Company has 146,742,236 ordinary shares of par value 1p each currently in 
issue.
