Hardide plc (AIM:HDD), the provider of unique surface engineering technology, 
confirms that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual 
General Meeting held today were duly passed. 
 
Prior to the AGM, a board meeting was held to confirm the appointment of Robert 
Goddard as the Company's Non-Executive Chairman.
