Annual Report and Accounts  
  
Hamworthy plc (AIM:HMY) announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and 
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 were distributed to shareholders on 19 
June 2009 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. 
An electronic copy of the Hamworthy Report and Accounts 2008/09 is available 
from the Company's website at www.hamworthy.com/investor/downloads.asp and is 
also available from the registered office of the Company.   
  
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 16 
July 2009 at the Hytes Suite, Harbour Heights Hotel, Haven Road, Sandbanks,
