Hamworthy plc (AIM:HMY) a world leader in the design and manufacture of 
innovative marine and offshore fluid handling systems, confirms that at the 
Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 16th July 2009, all Resolutions were 
passed unanimously on a show of hands.
