Business Win with Syngenta and Notice of Results
InterBulk, a leading provider of intermodal logistics solutions for the
movement of liquid and dry bulk materials, is pleased to announce that it has
been awarded new business through the Syngenta 2009/2010 Global tender for bulk
liquids (the "Syngenta Tender").
Syngenta is a world-leading plant science company committed to promoting
sustainable agriculture through innovative research and technology. The company
is a leader in crop protection and ranks third in the high value commercial
seeds market.
This win is significant as it is with a high profile customer who we have been
working with very closely to demonstrate our capabilities. From a relatively
low historic level of business, InterBulk has increased its share of Syngenta's
bulk liquids transportation business considerably and is now, as a result of
the Syngenta Tender, a strategic supplier for Syngenta. Based on the forecasted
volume contained in the Syngenta Tender, turnover with Syngenta will increase
to a level of approximately £3 million per annum.
Syngenta's Global Contract Manager (Bulk Liquids) Jonathan Webster added,

InterBulk's CEO Koert Van Wissen added,

InterBulk also advises it will be announcing its half year results for the 6
months to 31 March 2009 on Monday 29 June 2009.
