                               Additional Listing 
 
A block listing application has been made for 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 
pence each in T&F Informa (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the main 
market of the London Stock Exchange. New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant 
to the exercise of options over ordinary shares in Taylor & Francis Group plc 
("Taylor & Francis") which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of T&F Informa. 
Pursuant to the articles of association of Taylor & Francis, new ordinary shares 
in Taylor & Francis that are issued after 6.00pm on 5 May 2004 will 
automatically be exchanged for New Ordinary Shares on the basis of 17 New 
Ordinary Shares for every 10 shares in Taylor & Francis so exchanged. The New 
Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to this block listing will, when issued, rank 
pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital of T& 
F Informa.
