At today's Annual General Meeting of T&F Informa plc, the Chairman Richard 
Hooper will make the following statement: 
 
"The current year has started well and the Group is performing in line with our 
expectations. With the integration of Taylor & Francis and Informa now complete, 
the merger benefits are coming through as planned and we are benefiting from the 
recovery in a number of our key markets. 
 
"We have a well balanced portfolio combining complementary skill sets in 
publishing and events that will allow us to continue to develop new products 
around our market leading international brands. One year on from the merger, T&F 
Informa is well placed to grow both organically and through selective
