Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to 
the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 1,135,245 Ordinary Shares of 10p 
each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the 
Official List. 
 
These shares have been allotted following the exercise of options as follows: 
 
6146 under the Informa Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 
1,129,099 under the Taylor & Francis Group plc Share Option Schemes 
 
Application has also been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing 
of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 540,000 Ordinary 
Shares of 10p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary 
shares, to the Official List. 
 
These shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the 
Informa Group plc Discretionary Share Option Scheme.
