Informa Group Plc has acquired from IIR a portfolio of products in the maritime, trade and transport sector. The portfolio includes magazines, directories, yearbooks, management reports, conferences and exhibitions and related websites.

The acquired publications include the highly respected monthly magazines, Cargo Systems and Hazardous Cargo Bulletin. Related conferences on container handling, port productivity, reefers and container terminals are included in the portfolio together with 11 yearbooks and directories and 17 management reports.

The events include Intermodal, Europe’s leading container and logistics exhibition and conference together with Terminal Operations Conference (TOC), the world’s foremost port handling congresses and exhibitions held annually in both Europe and Asia.
