The Company announces that it has today dispatched a circular to shareholders to 
convene the annual general meeting of the Company at 10.00 a.m. on 17 September 
2009 at The Cafe Bar, Multiflight Training Centre, South Side Aviation, Leeds 
Bradford International Airport, Leeds, LS19 7UG ("AGM").
