INTEC TELECOM SYSTEMS PLC - VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority's
Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Intec Telecom Systems PLC is
required to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 September 2009 the Company's issued share capital consisted
of 307,680,975
ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. The Company holds no
shares in
treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company
as at 30 September 2009 was 307,680,975.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
