Kentz Group and GPS Inc. establish joint venture partnership  
  
Kentz Group is pleased to announce the creation of a joint venture company, 
Kentz Global Oil & Gas Process Systems Ltd, together with GPS Inc. Kentz and GPS 
each hold a 50 per cent stake in the entity.   
  
The JV Company, which is based in the Middle East, has been established for the 
purpose of marketing, tendering and undertaking onshore contracts in the oil and 
gas and related industries.   
  
Kentz Global Oil & Gas Process Systems will offer turnkey solutions on an EPC 
basis for complete early and interim production systems including site 
infrastructure, process and utility modules, flow lines and complete 
installation and commissioning. Its geographical areas of focus will include 
onshore Middle East, Africa and the Caspian.   
  
Kentz and GPS have previously worked together on the delivery of Front End 
Engineering and Design (FEED) studies for process plants in Iraq and Yemen.  
  
Hugh O'Donnell, chief executive of Kentz Group commented: "We are delighted to 
formalise our relationship with GPS with the formation of this joint venture. 
GPS brings a wealth of experience in process background for early production
