Kentz South Africa and Sasol sign Framework Agreement
April 20, 2009, Johannesburg - Kentz South Africa, the Southern African arm of
the AIM-listed engineering and construction company Kentz Group, is pleased to
announce the signing of a Framework Agreement with Sasol Technology.
The agreement, which gives Kentz Engineering Contractor status with the region's
largest Petrochemical Group, represents a significant achievement for the
Company.
The Framework Agreement consists of predefined standard terms and conditions
which allow Sasol and Kentz the flexibility to engage quickly for the provision
of all aspects of Multi-Discipline Engineering, Procurement and Construction
and/or Construction Management (EPCM) from conceptual phase to project
completion.
Kentz has a strong relationship with Sasol spanning almost 30 years, during
which time it has provided mechanical, electrical and instrumentation
construction solutions on many projects throughout South Africa.
