London, 18 May 2009 - Kentz Corporation Limited (LSE: KENZ), the holding company 
of the Kentz engineering and construction group, today confirmed that it will 
hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM), relating to the year ended 31 December 
2008, at the Andaz Hotel, 40 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 7QN on Thursday, 11 
June 2009 at 9.30am.  
  
Copies of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2008, Notice of the 
AGM and Proxy Form have been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report may also 
be viewed on the Company's website, www.kentz.com.   
  
For the information of investors and shareholders alike, copies of the Annual 
Report will be available for at least one month, free of charge, at the 
registered office of the Company being IFG House, 15 Union Street, St. Helier,
