Appointment of Chief Risk Officer

Lancashire Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Neil McConachie as Chief Risk Officer of the Group. The appointment is subject to Bermuda immigration approval. In addition to his new appointment Neil McConachie continues as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
