Lancashire Holdings Limited (the "Company") will hold a Special General Meeting ("SGM") on 4 January 2008 at its Bermuda office, Mintflower Place, 8 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton, Bermuda. Notice of the SGM ("SGM Notice"), a form of proxy and a form of direction for holders of depository interests have been posted to shareholders today.
