Transfer of shares 
 
The Company has today been notified that Stephen Searle has transferred 70,000 
shares to his wife, Sarah Louise Searle. Stephen Searle, together with his wife, 
remain interested in 1,216,650 shares, representing 5.41 per cent. of the 
Company's issued share capital. All 1,216,650 shares remain subject to the lock 
in arrangements detailed in the Company's admission document dated 23 October 
2006.
