The Company announces that it has been notified that today George Materna, 
Chairman, transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company 
("Shares") to the Materna Family Trust for the benefit of his children. His 
beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 8,102,405 Shares
