ADDITIONAL LISTING and BLOCKLISTING 
 
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 947 ordinary 
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of 
options. The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's 
existing issued ordinary shares, and admission is expected to occur on 11 June 
2007. 
 
Application has also been made for the blocklisting of 93,420 Shares, subject to 
the future exercises of options under the Company's EMI Option Scheme. The 
Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's 
existing issued ordinary shares, and admission is expected to occur on 11 June 
2007. 
 
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS 
 
Following admission of the 947 Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share 
capital will comprise 23,028,290 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company 
does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 23,028,290 ordinary shares 
may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
