The Company announces the sale of 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the 
Company ('Shares') on 2 April 2008 by Tony Dyer, at 273.625p per Share. 
Additionally, on the same day his spouse Mrs Lynette Dyer sold 10,000 Shares at 
273.625p per Share. Following this sale, Mr Dyer's resultant interest in the 
Company comprises 258,183 Shares, representing approximately 1.12% of the 
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
