Board Change  
  
Matchtech Group plc ("Matchtech" or the "Group"), one of the UK's leaders in 
specialist technical recruitment, announces that Paul Raine, Resources Director, 
has resigned from the Board and has left the company by mutual agreement with 
effect from 6 February 2009. His responsibilities for IT, operations, marketing 
and legal will be assumed by Adrian Gunn, Group Managing Director and Tony Dyer, 
Group Finance Director.
