Limited, as investment manager for B.S. Pension Fund Trustee Limited ("BSPFT"), 
that following an increase in its interest on 24 April 2009, as at 27 April 2009 
BSPFT was interested in 1,295,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, 
representing approximately 5.57% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
