Directors' Dealing  
  
New Britain Palm Oil Limited (LSE: NBPO) has today been notified that David 
Dann, the Finance Director of the Company, on 2 June 2009, purchased 30,000 
NBPOL ordinary shares of no par value ("NBPOL Shares") on the Port Moresby Stock 
Exchange at a price of PGK17 (approximately 384p*) per share. The NBPOL Shares 
purchased represent approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's current issued 
share capital. At the same time Nick Thompson, Chief Executive of the Company, 
purchased 20,000 NBPOL Shares also on the Port Moresby Stock Exchange at a price 
of PGK17 per share. The NBPOL Shares purchased by Nick Thompson represent 
approximately 0.01 per cent of the Company's current issued sharecapital.  
  
Following these transactions, Mr. Dann's aggregate beneficial interest in the 
share capital is 151,938 NBPOL Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. 
of the Company's current issued share capital. Mr Thompson's aggregate 
beneficial interest in the share capital is 370,021 NBPOL Shares, representing 
approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
