has received the following notification from River and Mercantile Asset
Management LLP ("RMAM") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the
Company`s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). 
On 30 June 2009 RMAM acquired 228,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, as of 30
June 2009 RMAM has a total interest in the Company of 2,814,268 Ordinary Shares,
representing 5.2% of the Company's issued share capital, being 54,083,299
Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
