Batterham, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Board that
he has been appointed a non-executive director of the AIM listed company, Eckoh
plc. Following a suitable handover period, it is intended that Mr Christopher
Batterham will take up the position of Chairman of the Eckoh Group.
