INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT
The Board of office2office plc (the "Group"), the managed procurement and
business critical services group, announces its Interim Management Statement for
the period from 1 July 2009 to 29 October 2009 (the "period"), the latest
practicable date prior to the publication of this statement as required by the
UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Trading during the period was in line with management expectations and there
were no significant changes to the Group's financial position.
As announced in our half yearly results, cross selling opportunities are
emerging from our broadened activities and we have won a number of new contracts
in both the public and corporate sectors during the year. Accordingly, the Board
remains confident in the Group's trading prospects and expects to deliver
another creditable result for the full financial year.
