Cancellation of Blocklisting  
  
On 26 June 2008, International Personal Finance plc announced that an 
application had been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock 
Exchange for the blocklisting of 400,000 ordinary shares of 10p each. The 
listing provided for 200,000 ordinary shares to be available for each of the 
International Personal Finance plc Exchange Share Scheme 2007 and the 
International Personal Finance plc Employee Savings-Related Share Option 
Scheme.  
  
International Personal Finance plc today announces that it has applied to the UK 
Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the 
blocklisting of the 200,000 ordinary shares relating to the International 
Personal Finance plc Exchange Share Scheme 2007. This is because all the awards 
under this scheme were satisfied by existing shares.  
  
The blocklisting of 200,000 ordinary shares for the International Personal 
Finance plc Employee Savings-Related Share Option Scheme will remain in force.
