We seek to integrate our sustainability policies and procedures into our normal business activities in a constructive and positive way, to ensure that when building new homes we take into account our impact on the environment, how we look after our customers and how we treat our employees.

We have a formal sustainability policy, which provides a set of guiding principles for us and helps explain our approach to our stakeholders. This is supported by more detailed policies in each area, for example our Environment Policy.
