1. What do I do if I have changed my address?
You should notify our Registrars, Equiniti Limited in writing. If you hold shares in joint names, the notification to change address must be signed by the first named shareholder.
2. What do I do if I have changed my name?
You should notify our Registrars, Equiniti Limited in writing of your new name and previous name. You should attach a copy of your marriage certificate or your change of name deed, together with your share certificates and any uncashed dividend cheques in your old name, so that Equiniti Limited can reissue them.
3. My partner, or relative, has passed away. What should I do about their shareholding?
Please contact our Registrars, Equiniti Limited at your earliest opportunity. They will assist you with the documentation required and be able to make the process as straightforward as possible for you.
4. How do I transfer my shares?
At some point you may wish to transfer some or all of your shares to someone else (for example your partner or a member of your family). To do this you will need to complete a stock transfer form, which is available on this website. The form should be fully completed and returned with your share certificate representing at least the number of shares being transferred, to Equiniti Limited. The transfer will then be processed and a balance share certificate issued to you if applicable. Equiniti Limited will be able to help you with any questions you may have about completing the form.
5. How can I check my register details?
You can log onto www.shareview.co.uk where you will be able to check your details, including your shareholding, dividend payments and various transactions. The service is secure, free and easy to use. You will need your shareholder reference number to access this service: this can be found on your share certificate or from a dividend tax counterfoil. You will be asked to select your own PIN and a user ID will be posted to you.
