In an isolated and impoverished area such as Fort-Dauphin, employment and safety may be new concepts. Training and education programmes help to optimise local people's working performance, particularly in the areas of safety and quality.
Once we reach our safety objective, we will expand our employee development programme. The expanded programme will include training on general livelihood skills, basic literacy and numeracy, managerial skills and other skilled work.
