10/09/2003 Results of AGM and signing of co-operation agreement QXL ricardo plc (LSE:QXL.L) announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 3 September 2003, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were passed. Shareholders also considered the issues relating to section 142 of the Companies Act - no objection was raised to the directors' proposal that no further action be taken in this regard. The Company also announces that it has entered into a co-operation agreement with themutual.net plc, the online rewards site. Under this arrangement, the two companies will combine expertise to identify additional sources of revenue and provide more cost-effective marketing opportunities for both parties. The two companies are already working on a number of specific projects on a trial basis. Those which succeed are expected to be implemented more permanently.
