Limited and Opal Reassurance Limited has completed following
satisfaction of all the conditions to completion, including the FSA's
approval for the change in control.
As planned, Liberty Acquisition has changed its name to 'Pearl Group',
with a new Euronext ticker of PEARL. Pearl's website is located at
