The Company has today received notice that Nick Cooper, Chief Financial Officer, 
has today entered into a pledge agreement in respect of 1,755,236 ordinary 
shares (representing approximately 1.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of 
the Company) as security to facilitate potential future borrowings.   
  
There is no change in his overall shareholding in the Company. Mr Cooper 
continues to have an interest in 1,755,236 ordinary shares in the capital of the 
Company representing approximately 1.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of
