Responding to today's announcement by the Competition Commission clearing Stagecoach's acquisition of Eastbourne Buses Limited and Cavendish Motor Services Limited, a Stagecoach spokesman said: "We welcome today's announcement by the Competition Commission, which is the right decision for bus passengers in Eastbourne.
