Limited Employee Benefits Trust and Share Scheme has, on behalf of its
beneficiaries, which include a non-executive director of the Company, Dean
Shakespeare, sold 10 million ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares
") on 10 February 2006 and is now interested in 27,471,753 Shares (representing
19.93 per cent. of the total number of Shares in issue).
