The following replaces the Notification of Interest and Directors' Dealing
announcement released on 15 February 2006 under RNS number 4917Y.
The following changes have been made to the text:
'which include a non-executive director of the Company, Dean Shakespeare'
has been amended to
'which include two non-executive directors of the Company, Dean Shakespeare and
John Vergopoulos'.

The Company was notified on 14 February 2006 that the Worldwide Connect UK
Limited Employee Benefits Trust and Share Scheme has, on behalf of its
beneficiaries, which include two non-executive directors of the Company, Dean
Shakespeare and John Vergopoulos, sold 10 million ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ("Shares") on 10 February 2006 and is now interested in 27,471,753
Shares (representing 19.93 per cent. of the total number of Shares in issue).
