Notification of Interest and Directors' Dealing
The Company was notified on 21 February 2006 that the Worldwide Connect UK
Limited Employee Benefits Trust and Share Scheme has, on behalf of its
beneficiaries, which include two non-executive directors of the Company, Dean
Shakespeare and John Vergopoulos, sold 6.25 million ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company ("Shares") on 21 February 2006 and is now interested in
21,221,753 Shares (representing 15.40 per cent. of the total number of Shares in
issue).
